This work is one of dozens pieces by Icelandic artist Ásmundur Sveinsson for whom the adjacent Museum is named.
The title of the work has a letter in the Icelandic alphabet which I could not find an English equivalent for.... but if that is the equivalent of a "p" in the middle, Google translate indicates that the title is "Floor cleaning"...which is very conceivable.
The work is just barely figurative. It depicts a woman that Picasso could have designed. She is crouching with one long and thick arm on the ground between her legs while the other arm rests at her side. From another angle, the figure seems to be kneeling on one knee and poised to start running.
The bronze sculpture is dated 1950.
