This life-sized sculpture depicts a young woman dressed in a business suit, holding a folder, walking out of the hotel into some wind (her hair is flown backwards.) Although it has the appearance of stone, it is probably made from some other material...fiberglass or polymer. There is no information at the site about the artist, title or date.
