It is set in the top of the north end of the west concrete banister of the eastbound Interstate Highway 90 overpass crossing U.S. Highway 20. The mark is about 2.5 feet above the bridge floor. To reach the mark from the junction of State Highway 89 and Highway 20 in North East, go southeast on Highway 20 for 2.9 miles to the junction of Highway 90 and the mark on the left at the northwest corner of the eastbound overpass.
