"The best place to Railfan in Rockmart Ga. is by the old depot site which is now a pizza place located on Piedmont ave. south of US Hwy 278 in the downtown area.

"Rockmart is located on Norfolk Southerns heavily traveled Atlanta GA to Chattanooga TN mainline approximately 99 miles Southeast of Chattanooga and 46 miles Northwest of Atlanta, and is easily accessed from US Hwy 278." ~ Joe & Carolyn Navratil
