The Interloken Trail is a shared use trail with horses from a nearby horse camp often using it. A post on Runnersworld.com ( (visit link) indicates that runners have used it, as well as mountain bikers, snowshoers and cross country skiers.

The whole of the Interloken trail is 11.9 miles long, counting 0.9 miles shared with the Finger Lakes Trail to access Burnt Hill road at a point further south (Access 8 on Map 15 of the FLT). The northern end of the trail is on Parmenter Rd (N 42 34.324 W 076 47.660) with parking at the trailhead.
