EN: The pavilion Landscape Formation One is located in the center of the three-country park south of Weil am Rhein. The 140 meter long concrete building rises streamlined to the northeast, is getting higher and wider and bends to the north after the middle. A public footpath leads over the roof of the pavilion.

The pavilion is Zaha Hadid's second building in Weil, after the Vitra Fire Station in 1993. The pavilion was built for the state horticultural festival "Green 99" and served as an exhibition space. Today, the building is the headquarter of the Trinational Environmental Centre (TRUZ).

DE: Der Pavillon Landscape Formation One befindet sich im Zentrum des Drei-Länder-Parks südlich von Weil am Rhein. Das 140 Meter lange Betongebäude erhebt sich stromlinienförmig nach Nordosten, wird immer höher und breiter und macht in der Mitte einen Bogen gegen Norden. Ein öffentlicher Fussweg führt über das Dach des Pavillons.

Der Pavillon ist Zaha Hadids zweites Gebäude in Weil, nach der Vitra Fire Station von 1993. Der Pavillon wurde für die Landesgartenschau "Grün 99" erbaut und diente als Ausstellungsraum. Heute ist das Gebäude Sitz des Trinationalen Umweltzentrums (TRUZ).
