This requires a bit of preparation, as it is NOT a drive-by trig. Most commonly found on the Katoomba to Kanangra walk/hike. This is now a decrepit stone cairn, with only rusty bent vanes of the trig. Official code: TS4035.

It is not that far from the Kanangra Walls end of the ~45 km through hike to Katoomba. There is a rough (unimproved) camping site at Dex Creek, just down from Mt Cloudmaker.
From: Kanangra to Katoomba
"While the walk is most commonly done over three days, it can be done in two days by fit parties overnighting somewhere in the vicinity of the Coxs River. It is also done by some groups in one day as a challenge - "K to K in a Day" is one of the well known "hard" walks in the Blue Mountains, along with the significantly tougher Three Peaks."
Photos from a 'day walk' with the older son 27/10/12 doing a K2K.
Don't forget Cloudmaker, a Terrain 4 cache.
There is also a "Summit Register" here.
