The National Park 'Loonse en Drunense Duinen' lends its familiarity off the living dunes in the central part of the land. They are one of the largest of its kind in Europe. The wind provides an ever changing landscape. Complete dunes move causing trees to disappear into the sand. The treelark and the nightswallow have their homes here.
