The facade of this Romanesque church was raised in the second half of the 12th century. The rest of the church was destroyed during the War of Independence.

In the early 17th century, the church joined the San Milan College. In 1765 it was reformed in baroque style. Today the church is desacrilized and it houses an interpretation centre on the monumental heritage of Salamanca.
