DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1948 AT NASHVILLE. AT NASHVILLE, IN THE WEST PART OF THE CITY, ABOUT 4 1/2 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE CAPITOL BUILDING, ABOUT 1.0 MILE WEST OF VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY, ABOUT 0.3 MILE SOUTH OF WEST END AVENUE, AT LOVE CIRCLE RESERVOIR, 146.5 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE STATION MARK, 21.5 FEET EAST OF THE RETAINING WALL AROUND THE RESERVOIR, ON EDGE OF THE OUTSIDE CURB ON THE CIRCULAR DRIVE AROUND THE RESERVOIR, 204.5 FEET SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF R.M. NO. 1 AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST FLUSH WITH THE DRIVE.
