This monument, a full scale replica of Englands Stonehenge, was dedicated in 1918 to the 17 Klickitat County, WA soldiers who lost their lives in WWI. It was the 1st WWI Monument built in the US. It was built by the wealthy entrepenuer, Sam Hill.
