"Mr. Snover stands wearing a mustache and beard, dressed in a carpenter's apron. He holds a saw in his proper left hand and a plane in his proper right hand. The sculpture is set within a polished granite canopied structure with four Corinthian columns, topped by a three foot round finial. The base has a three-tiered, inscribed lower section. The monument is flanked by two pink, polished granite headstones and is enclosed by a square railing supported by pink stone posts."

"The full size statue in the middle is of a man wearing an apron and holding a saw in one hand and a wood plane in the other. This was to commemorate his skills as a Cooper, Wagon Maker and Carpenter. "
