An 8' high, painted and unsigned utility box was created as part of the Community Art Projects in Ocean City NJ. The street side contains a picture of a sandcastle surrounded by a moat. The side panels each show a pair of children wearing sun hats. On one side they are sailing a boat. On the other side they are playing in the sand. The sidewlk side is painted in brown for sand, aqua for water, and blue for sky.
