EN: The Baroque town house zum Rosgarten (sometimes called "Rosengarten", but that name exists several times in the city) is located on Leonhardsgraben near the Music Academy. The three-storey house is externally relatively unadorned except for the ornate window bars on the ground floor. It is privately owned and was renovated in 2001.
DE: Das barocke Stadthaus zum Rosgarten (manchmal auch "Rosengarten", aber diesen Namen gibt es noch mehrfach in der Stadt) befindet sich am Leonhardsgraben in der Nähe der Musikakademie. Das dreistöckige Haus ist bis auf die verzierten Fenstergitter im Erdgeschoss äusserlich relativ schmucklos. Es befindet sich in Privatbesitz und wurde im Jahr 2001 renoviert.
