This 8' by 6' utility box was painted by Carla Migliaccio as part of the Community Arts Project in 2011. The main subject, on the street side and continuing on the side, is an old timer wearing a traditional seaman's yellow slicker with matching hat. He has a beard, earring in his left ear, and a red bandana tied around his forehead. The adjacent utility box is painted with three different views of the same lighthouse.
