The huge mural, "Surf" pays tribute to the sport of surfing and the legendary father of surfing Duke Paoa Kahinu Mokoe Hulikohola Kahanamoku. It is located behind the Moorlyn Theater on East 12th Street at the Boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ.

The central figure in this mural is Duke Paoa Kahinu Mokoe Hulikohola Kahanamoku, simply identified as "Duke". He is shown against the background of a surf board. All around him people are happily engaged in the activity of surfing. The scene is set on the beach along the Ocean City Boardwalk.
