This water tower is located on West 4th Street South, it can be seen from several blocks away, with West 4th street passing within a few feet of the legs of the structure. The best viewing of the tower is actually on West 5th street South, as you can see the entire tower with the writing and railing on top being visible from this vantage point. The tower is light blue in color and appears to have been getting a new coat of paint, however, only about 1/2 of it is done at the time of log.
There are three water towers in the city of Fulton, the other ones are located off Broadway Ave. and Batavia Avenue.
