The amphitheatre can seat 357 people and it is ideal for small concerts and functions like weddings.
Fort Schanskop was build just before the outbreak of the South African War(Second Anglo-Boer War). It was handed over to the government in April 1987. By the time Pretoria was occupied in June 1900 the fort had already been abandoned.
