My favourite brew is the Country Pilsner. I'm not normally fond of pilsners but this tastes crisp and clean. A real beauty.
The Dakota Pearl Ale (the potato beer) didn't work on my pallet but to each his or her own.
I visited in the winter and so the hops weren't growing but the photos of the crop look great. Apparently, with the 15' high vines it's a popular spot for people to get wedding shots.
The brewery includes a large room that boasts a tasting bar, tables and retail area with swag and the farm's very own potato chips.
