This self guided Heritage Trail walking tour, visits the Victorian locations, that formed the heritage & history of this small Welsh Town. From the industrial era of the Slate Works in the 1800's to the start of the Tourist era in 1896 with the Snowdon Mountain Railway.

Most locations are dawn to dusk, there is a charge to ride the trains.
There is no official start or finish, for the trail, 'You Are Here' information boards at all locations.
Most people visit the Snowdon Mountain Railway first, or the Welsh National Slate Museum.
