This is a small family graveyard of about 5 graves in the Chenango Forks area of Binghamton

This article says the birthdate is 1759 instead of 1752 as the sign says.

The grave has broken into at least two pieces. The top piece has his name. Part of a date is visible on the bottom piece. The above article claims the stone had the following "In early life my country called And I its voice obeyed, By foes my body was enthralled And now in earth is laid."
