D 18 is mounted on the old Maine Central Railroad Depot, at the end of the tracks on Union Street. It's in the east (end) foundation wall just north of the south corner. Very easy to spot, it's almost impossible to miss, though I very nearly did!

AT ROCKLAND.
AT ROCKLAND, KNOX COUNTY, ON THE MAINE CENTRAL RAILROAD, IN THE
EAST WALL OF THE STATION, AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
BUILDING, AT THE UNION STREET CROSSING, 15 YARDS WEST OF THE
CENTERLINE OF UNION STREET, 8 YARDS SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF
THE SOUTH TRACK, AND 8 INCHES ABOVE THE SIDEWALK, AND SET
VERTICALLY.
