At the head of the entrance to Rochdale Park. It is a stone wall with 3 metal plaques mounted in the stone.

Inscription reads:
1917 Roll of Honor 1919
Erected by the people of Rochdale Village
in honor of their young men who served
in the Grand War


The plaques list the men who fought. There are approximately 100 names
