Geary is a town in southern Blaine and northwestern Canadian counties, about 45 miles west of Oklahoma City. It was settled in the Land Run of 1892 and has relied on farming and light industry over the years. Its current population is about 1300.

This mural is painted on the tall one-story brick wall of Seiger's Jewelers at 209 S. Blaine Avenue. It was painted by a group of 26 student muralists whose names are painted on the mural.

It shows a farm, a church, and a commercial business with oil rigs and tanks and a grain elevator in the distance. Off to the side can be seen lightning bolts and a tornado, also part of the landscape of Geary.

This mural is representative of those seen in small towns throughout Oklahoma by the Palmer Studios, however, this name was not shown and his website does not list this particular mural so we cannot confirm this. (visit link)
