This is the so-called 'Kaiser-Ludwig-Brunnen' (Emperor Ludwig Fountain) in Weißenburg, Germany, Bayern. It is located at the 'Luitpoldstraße'.

The fountain was built in 1903 by Emil Dittler.
It is donated to 'Ludwig dem Bayern' whos statue stands on top of the fountain.
