Double Horn Brewing Company was opened in 2011 by Dusty and Tracy Knight, after years of homebrewing. At the time, it was the only brewery in Burnet County.
The name comes from a tiny town in Central Texas that formed in 1855 and was named for the remains of two bucks with antlers locked together.
