The Morgan’s Building is an Inter-War period, Free Classical style building which is in good condition.

It is a large single-storey corner building with corrugated iron gable roof and sidelights. There is a hip-roof ventilator which is necessary to light the commercial space below. Much of the original detail remains including the lead light windows, suspended awning, pressed metal soffit, and slim-line metal shop front.
