This is a memorial plaque dedicated to Troy Graham by the Rio Linda, California Lions Club. The plaque is surrounded by name plates for other deceased members of the Rio Linda Lions Club.
The Memorial consists of large polished marble blocks containing the bronze plaque and the name plates of others. The monument names this small traffic island as Troy Park.
The monument is located at the intersection of three streets; M Street on the north; Front Street on the west; and 7th Avenue on the East.
The plaque inscription reads as follows:
