Haltwhistle's Carnival Clock was given to the town by the Haltwhistle Carnival Committee in 1954 and is located in the town's Main Street. Above the clock is a large bell. The clock has a dark exterior with a white face and has numbers rather than Roman numerals. It has two hands.
