Since the island is only 6 miles wide and 20 miles long, the Queen Beatrix International Airport is the only one.
We flew into and out of this on our trip to Aruba last month. A nice airport, reasonably clean and well maintained. They were doing some construction on it, but the areas were closed off so as to not to put out too much dust.
They have 2 sections, one for international flights and one going to and from the US only. We flew in the latter one of course, and it was much bigger than the International one.
They have a US customs section, so it makes it a lot easier to fly back into the US, you don't have to stop at Miami and go through customs there. So we were all set for our flight back.
It looked like they did have some private planes there, but not a lot of them.
We had no issues with security or customs, they have automated check-in systems which helped speed our check-in. And baggage was easily found and picked up on our way in.
A nice airport to fly in and out of, we came from Orlando with a stop in Miami, and out daughter met us in Miami as she was flying out of New York.
