The memorial is a light gray granite shaft with an eagle on top. As relief carvings of each branch of service. On three sides of this the names of those who lost their lives in each war. On the front side has the following inscription:

WHO DIED IN THE MILITARY
SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY
DURING WORLD WAR
I AND I I, KOREAN AND
VIETNAM CONFLICTS
THIS MEMORIAL WAS
ERECTED BY PATRIOTIC
CITIZENS AND VETERANS
OF WEBSTER COUNTY
