7 Downing Street.
Architects - James Holliday and W.W. Johnson. Builder - James Holliday. Late teens to early 1920's. The original building was two stories high, with a one story forge added to it. The first story features the half-timbering effect on stone, while the second story has the half-timbering effect on stucco. The second story was removed after the roof was damaged, and a canopy was attached to it.

– National Register Nomination

The building appears to be in good condition. Its current use is not apparent.
