The Avar brewery, built in 1993, follows the tradition of brewing in historic town Hlucín. First Hlucín town's brewery was estabilished in 1526, but it was closed and demolished in 1904. New small brewery, founded by enthusiasists in 1993, uses traditional brewing technology and offers really tasty high quality dark and pale AVAR lagers.
