Brent Crater Trail and Lookout Tower is located 32 km south of Trans-Canada Highway 17 on the Brent Road and 8 km north of the Cedar Lake - Brent Access Point.

The old wooden tower was demolished in July 2007, because it was not safe to use due to its age. A new tower has been built on a hill directly across the Brent Road from the demolished tower. A stairway leads to the base of the tower, then you need to climb a multi-level staircase to the observation deck. The new tower on the hill offers a nice panorama of the entire crater. There is a hiking trail leading to the crater.
