The Monterey Bay aquarium is THE best place in the world to see Sea Otters: in the wild and in action in captivity. The aquarium also houses award-winning jellies.

It also includes an incredible kelp forest exhibit, the only aquarium kelp forest in the world. All exibits are indicative of native Monterey Bay wildlife. Just outside of the aquarium, harbor seals, sea lions, and otters can easily be seen in the bay. A large kelp forest is located near the aquarium, which is housed in a defunct cannery. This is truly one of the greatest aquariums in the world - come visit!
