The statue depicts the prince Leszek Czarny, who has given the town privileges to the Busko in year 1287.

The price is depicted standing, supported by his sword and holding a shield in second hand. The statue is made from bronze, it is 220 cm high and weights 330 kg. It's staying on the foot of the Bycza Góra (Bull's Mountain) - a little hill, popular as children's playground. It was completed on the begin of 2013.
