From historic District nomination:

Restroom: 1937 large (26' x 33') restroom of quarried sandstone, random ashlar wall treatment, segmental arch above door opening, hipped roof, central chimney, small windows directly under eave line, stone sills, wooden lintels, located on hill near Old Officer's Quarters.

The building was constructed by Civilian Conservation Corps Company 1772. Co. 1772 was a veterans company and staffed by World War I veterans. They began their work at Bennett Springs State Park in November 1933 and continued until December 1937. The building appears to be in excellent condition and continues to serve its original purpose.
