Installed in 2007, this statue was originally designed to mimic a viewers body language, these days it is rare to see it move, however it is noticeable that day to day the position of its arms and head are different.

It is also interest that unless you know it is able to move it looks like a solid statue, there are little give away though such as its jacket flapping in the wind.
