Baumgardner's Mill Covered Bridge was constructed in 1860 by Davis Kitch. The bridge is a one span bridge, 115 feet 9 1/2 inches in length by 15 feet 1 inch in width.
Baumgardner's Mill, which the bridge was named after no longer stands today. Due to its poor condition, the bridge was reconstructed in 1987.
The bridge is owned by Lancaster County, and in good condition today. The bridge is also known as Peque 10 Bridge.
