The Flying Otter Grill opened in June 2009. The restaurant is owned by Harbour Air Seaplanes, billed as the world's largest all-seaplane airline. The restaurant is named after the de Havilland Canada DHC-3 Otter, an aircraft commonly used in its seaplane configuration on the British Columbia coast.
They open at 11 am, 7 days a week, but the closing times vary by the time of the year. From April to October they close sometime between 9:00-10:00 pm, and from November to March they close sometime between 8:00-9:30 pm.
