SOUTH OF SAINT AUGUSTINE BEACH, IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 7
SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST.

TO REACH THE MARK FROM THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 1 (PONCE DE
LEON BOULEVARD) AND STATE ROAD 312 ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAINT
AUGUSTINE, GO EAST ON STATE ROAD 312 FOR 1.2 MI PASSING OVER
THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY (MATANZAS RIVER) TO THE EAST END OF THE
BRIDGE. CONTINUE EAST ON STATE ROAD 312 FOR 0.05 MI TO THE
EAST END OF A METAL GUARDRAIL AND THE MARK ON THE RIGHT, SET IN THE
TOP OF A ROUND CONCRETE MONUMENT FLUSH WITH THE GROUND AND ABOUT
LEVEL WITH STATE ROAD 312 EASTBOUND LANES. THE MARK IS A NATIONAL OCEAN SERVICE BENCH MARK DISK STAMPED ---0582 G 1998---.

SOUTH OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTERLINE OF STATE ROAD 312, 5.0 FT
WEST OF THE WEST END OF A METAL GUARDRAIL, 0.9 FT
SOUTH OF A METAL GUARDRAIL AND 0.6 FT SOUTH OF A CARSONITE
WITNESS POST.
