John Caskey's headstone is the traditional Woodmen of the World tree stump marker. This marker is rather tall and narrow. The engraved "bark" is interrupted by a smooth oval which is engraved with the WOW seal, and the following inscription:

This is one of the older headstones at Bethel United Methodist Cemetery. The cemetery is located on the south side of Hardesty Road, across the street from the Bethel United Methodist Church.
