It is on the north side (Ancil Hoffman golf course) but makes sense from the south view. This river flow fluctuates from power generation releases upstream.
The date I checked flow volume was 810 cu. ft/ second.
stage was 4.58 feet. water temperature was 11.8 F*
This area had severe floods in 1986, 1995, and 1997, and 2006.
The Sacramento River challenged the local levee system.
