This disk of survey marker is located in front of the Williamson County Health Department Fairview Clinic building. It is approx. 25 feet west of the south end of stone/brown brick sign, approx. 40 feet southeast of the center line of State Highway 100, approx. 48 feet southwest of the centerline of asphalt entrance driveway and approx. 155 feet northwest of the one-story brick building line. Stamped "TNDOT 94-100-W1" in 2014 approx. 10 feet in front of a red vertical witness post read "SURVEY MARKER".
