The Landis Mill Covered Bridge was built in 1873 by builder Elias McMellen. The bridge is heavily used because of its proximity to the nearby shopping mall and a modern housing developmrnt in the area.
Landis Mill Covered Bridge is a one span bridge, 52 feet 8 1/2 inches in length by 14 feet 2 1/2 inches in width. The bridge is owned by Lancaster County, and in good condition today.
This bridge is also known as "Little Conestoga 1 Bridge."
