Blasterz have never had a bifana sandwich, but seeing this category wanted to try one :) Fortunately, we found a place that served lovely spicy Bifana sandwiches in downtown Hamilton.
The pork in our Bifana was tender and pan-fried lightly (so it was not greasy) in a yummy mix of tomatoes, garlic and "Portugese spices" which the lady would not tell us any more. The Portugese bread was so soft and fresh -- we want more bifana!!
We got the last one they had, and enjoyed it IMMENSELY :)
