The Keremeos Cenotaph stands on the south side of Highway 3 in Memorial park, which is between Fourth and Fifth Streets.

The Keremeos Cenotaph was constructed between the years of 1948 and 1953, in memory of those who served in World War I, World War II, and the Korean War.
In June 1967, the Cenotaph was moved to its present location. The Cenotaph was recently upgraded with funding support from the Royal Canadian Legion and The Village of Keremeos.
From War Monuments in Canada
The cenotaph is a broad obelisk built entirely of flagstone with plaques for World War I, World War II and The Korean War affixed. There is also a plaque listing the dead of Keremeos in the two world wars. The cenotaph stands on a concrete base within a two foot tall flagstone enclosure with flagstone steps leading to the cenotaph.
The text on the plaque reads as follows:
