[EN] These bay windows provide rooms with views over the Arc de Triomphe, place de l’Etoile and avenue des Ternes from the hotel rooms. The first two floors of the building are occupied by stores. A large porch opens perspectives onto a sloping interior garden which leads to the Salle Wagram, a performance space built here in the 19th century, the facade of which has been reworked by Christian de Portzamparc, making the hall visible and accessible from the street and opening up the hotel building to the heart of the block.

The realization and the installation of this plaiting in very big glass volumes and the design of the delicacy watertight joints and sound insulation between floors is a «tour de force».
