A nice variety of personalities is always fun for visitors, some are standoffish, others just plain nosey! A little grain usually will bring them right over to the fence for an up close visit.

Cardinal Acre Alpacas is located in the heart of the Amish Community and the gentle hills of Cattaraugus County, New York. It is a farm that provides alpacas for purchase, males for breeding, information about their history, what it takes to raise them on a daily basis, and the wonders of their fleece.
The alpaca farm began in September 2009 with three alpacas purchased, mainly as pets for grandchildren. The farm has grown with a wonderful mix of boys and girls, young and old. Colors range from jet black, white, fawn, rosegrey, chestnut brown, beige and brown.
