This short, 30-meter long flat bridge spans Twenty Mile Creek along South Grimsby Road 16. It is a typical 2-lane country-road bridge, except for the prominent bridge plaque in the center of the span.
the Bridge plaque reads:

The bridge is listed on the website www.historicbridges.org where it is stated that "This bridge is a typical example of a standard Ontario rigid-frame bridge. It has the non-standard addition of a bronze plaque. Ontario has a large number of surviving rigid-frame bridges, but they are less common than average in the Niagara Region. Additionally, other surviving examples in the Region are being demolished." (visit link)
